Acorn Dairy is a family farm based in Beningbrough, just twenty miles away from Sourced Market at Leeds Skelton Lake. Its herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze land that has been chemical free for 22 years and gives their milk an unbeatable flavour.
Bakeri Baltzersen is a newly established bakery with a growing presence around Leeds and further afield. The parent company Baltzersen's opened a cafe in the center of the beautiful spa town Harrogate in 2012 to pair Yorkshire ingredients with some Scandinavian inspiration.
