St Pancras has reopened!

We are finally back open at St Pancras, we are so excited to be able to continue sharing delicious food and drink you. Click through for more information!

After four long months of being closed, Sourced Market St Pancras is officially back open, we will be open Monday to Sunday 7am to 3pm.

We are looking forward to getting back to sharing first class products from some of Britain’s best independent food and drink suppliers. We will be opening up in stages, first up is our grab and go, juice bar and retail range.

We’re talking sweet and savoury croissants, bagels and breads supplied by Paul Rhodes, all made using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. We make everything else fresh in-store every morning, including fruit pots, porridge bowls and artisanal sandwiches. Our speciality coffee remains Origin Coffee, paired with Acorn dairy milk or Minor Figures m*lk alternative.

Warmer weather calls for chilled pressed juices and smoothies, we have updated the menu, keeping some of the classics and introducing a few summer sizzlers, like the ‘Heated Melon’, trust us, it’s a goodie!

As usual our carefully curated retail range will be stocking some of our all time favourites like; Torres Black Truffle crisps, 10/10 would recommend, they pair wonderfully with a couple of cold ones in a park near you. We are also big fans of preserves or jams by Raydale Preserves, which will no doubt take your cheese board to new heights.

We also have plenty of flavoured lemonades, kombucha and juices, or alternatively craft beers, speciality wines and spirits all available for takeaway. If you’re keen on leaning more about our range of beers and wines, be sure to keep an eye out for our next post including beer specials and wine recommendations for Easter.

It’s safe to say we are looking forward to welcoming you back in store as of today, roll on delicious food and drink,  good weather and socialising!
