About Pasta Remoli
Born and raised in Rome Chef Simone Remoli’s journey began in his family kitchen watching his mother prepare food with love and dedication.
For four years he trained in the kitchens of the most endorsed restaurants in central Rome where he learned the ancient art of traditional Roman cuisine. Then in 2007 Simone moved to London and worked within some of Londons best restaurants for 6 years.
Throughout his time in London, he gained valuable experience but soon realised that the quality of pasta being served in London was not up to scratch. This inspired his vision of one day opening a restaurant which had a unique concept of serving traditional homemade pasta dishes in a quick, reasonable and authentic way.
Driven by his dream, Simone perfected his secret recipes and started supplying top Italian restaurants all over London. Soon Remoli was starting to realise the potential behind his product and when he was approached by Westfield Stratford, he accepted the offer with open arms!
Pasta Remoli’s pasta is made with genuine Italian eggs and flour. They also serve wholemeal, egg-free pasta and gluten-free pasta.
