Norty Not Naughty

In 2012 Elspeth had a health scare, which set her on a foodie path. After the scare Elspeth wanted to learn more about food, so she ditched the London life to head to the Tuscan Hills in Italy to train as a Professional Chef. Her love for food kept growing and she soon moved to New York to study Health and Nutrition.

Once back in Bristol, Elspeth’s knowledge, passions and motivation, lead her to conjure up an idea for an ‘on-the-go’ cheesecake.

Each little pot of plant-based joy feels like a treat but is actually dense in nutrition. All the ingredients used are 100% natural, meaning you find no refined sugars in any of their pots!
