7 Years + 20 Years = Utterly Delicious Small Batch Food
In September 2017 Hugo took over the Dulwich Pantry, as he saw an opportunity to build on an already established business. Soon after, Mark joined the foodie empire to help push it to victory.
Hugo had successfully owned and ran a catering company for seven years and Mark is a chef with over 20 years’ experience working in London and NYC. So, with both their knowledge they revised the menu and built upon on the existing popular products.
Based on the outskirts of London, Dulwich Pantry produces all their food by using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients. Everything is created from scratch in small batches, meaning each mouthful of food is utterly delicious and super fresh.
Dulwich Pantry uses British produce where possible, with their dairy and egg always being British but their Feta is socred elsewhere because the Greeks know best. All their packaging is recyclable, and every delivery is made by an electrically powered vehicle…beep, beep!
You can find Dulwich Pantry’s small batch quiches in our deli counter; eat it in our Market’s or on the train home after a busy day.
