I selected the Apollo Ethiopian washed heirloom as it’s one of their best all-rounders & a great way to introduce them to our coffee lovers. Indy Lager from Fourpure Brewing Co, London

“Fourpure is now one of the biggest production micro-breweries in London, but their growth hasn’t diluted their beer. All of their range reflects their motto ‘Inspired By Adventure’ & the Indy Lager is no different. Made with German hops & Fourpure’s own Pilsner yeasts – expect the classic Pilsner easy drinking style, but with a light spice & citrus flavours. Which puts this above your average ‘tap’ lager. “I’ve chosen the Judith Beck Ink for our November wine of the month – not only is it a great easy drinker, organic & biodynamic, but it’s also vegan. Perfect for ‘Vegan Month’! The winery is based in the warmest region of Austria for wine production, near Lake Neusiedl.
