Having walked the Jurassic Coast one summer Olly found that he needed a bar that kept him going for a few hours, which could sustain him between meals, without experiencing a sugar crash.

Nothing he trialled really worked for intensive exercise. Olly started experimenting with natural ingredients to create a bar that really did what it said on the packet and tasted amazing. He knew that it had to be gluten free, easily digestible, made of only fruit sugars for a low GI and contain complex carbohydrates.
