The Estate Dairy are a collective of young passionate individuals dedicated to producing and bottling the highest quality milk and cream.

The Estate Dairy source the richest milk from the Chew Valley, which is located right in the heart of the Bristol countryside. After spending years working within the coffee industry and with their families being involved in dairy farming they set out to produce a bespoke range of high quality milks tailored for baristas. Our head of Coffee, Fred, first met Shaun the founder of The Estate Dairy when he was selling coffees from his Noble Espresso cart across from Sourced Market, St Pancras International. 

Their milk and cream is produced from their families Guernsey cows which gives the dairy a unique golden colour and a beautiful rich flavour.

The collective noticed a significant gap in the market for a high quality milk that matched the quality and trace-ability of the coffee that cafes were serving. They wanted to create a business that was sustainable for farmers and offer a much higher price than low supermarket milk contracts offered to the majority of farms across the UK. The Estate Dairy have excellent knowledge of the London Coffee scene via their sister company Noble Espresso so are the perfect people to influence the London coffee scene and help Baristas think twice about where they source their milk.

The Estate Dairy heavily promote their sustainable values from the farming side of the estate as well as striving to offer customers the best possible dairy products daily from Bickfield Farm in Bristol. They have total consideration for their product and this is the reason why we use them as our milk supplier for our coffee bars. Rumour has it that you will soon be able to buy litres of their milk to enjoy at home. Watch this space.
